Small Paper Scan Station Program

When a client has a large project and limited resources, ShoreScan Solutions offers a month to month scan station rental. Included in the rental is a laptop PC, medium duty scanner and accessories. Additionally, we add 2,000 pages of storage capacity to your account for the month. The program works best with part-time, student interns or volunteers assisting in a scanning project.

If you have documents that are too large to scan on your office scanner, ShoreScan has a program to help solve this problem. Rather than investing thousands of dollars in equipment or potentially more in outsourcing to a scan shop, you can rent a wide-format scanner from ShoreScan.

The program is very simple. In short, much time is dedicated to document preparation, sorting, and identification. Next comes the scanning process. As you can see from the photographs, a youngster with some basic training can operate the scanner.* We will train you on how to enhance a scan, and we will provide unlimited uploads to the repository, at no additional cost.
